DuhCrew Exchange & Return Policy
At DuhCrew, we want you to love what you wear, but we get it—sometimes things just don't work out. If you need to swap or return something, we’ve got you covered. Just shoot us an email at support@duhcrew.com and we’ll sort it out. Here’s the deal:
1. Let Us Know Within 7 Days
All exchanges and returns must be initiated within seven days of delivery (including the day it lands at your door). Whether it’s a size issue or we sent you the wrong item (whoops!), just let us know within that window.
2. Free Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your product for another size or the correct item at no extra charge. We’ll even take care of the return shipping! If the new item costs more, you’ll just need to pay the difference.
3. Refunds—Rare But Real
We generally don’t do refunds unless there’s a genuine issue, like a defective product. If that’s the case, send us an email with your order details, the issue, and some photos of the defect. We’ll take it from there.
4. Keep It Fresh
Make sure the product has the original sticker label attached, is neatly folded, and properly packed. We can’t process exchanges if the items aren’t in their original condition.
5. Refund Exceptions
If we approve a return for reasons other than a defective product, a Rs 100 fee will be deducted from your refund for the reverse pickup service—thanks to rising logistics costs. Refunds will go back to the original payment method or a bank account you provide.
6. Slight Variations Happen
Please note that slight color or design variations from our website or social media are normal. Returns and refunds won’t be processed for these minor differences.
7. The Fine Print
- Don’t accept damaged packages at delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product doesn’t qualify.
- Only one exchange/return request per order.
- Used or washed items, as well as products bought during a sale or with a discount code, are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Free exchange on size issues, but no refunds for sizing problems.
